Boys Next Door

SCRMNFMLS

I saw a video on the culture of me blog of screaming females 'bell' on alexa chings show. this band is insanely awesome. they remind me of strong riff heavy girl bands like breeders/sleater kinney.

Japandroids

This song and this album are unbelievably good. I dont know how they make so much sound with only guitar and drums.

JAPANDROIDS-CRAZY/FOREVER

Red Riders

I didn't like the first single of their new record but this song is perfect! Apparently one of the members was creating a concept album that was half post-punk meet simon and garfunkel folk and this was the only song to survive from those sessions. Its bloody awesome which makes me wonder will the red riders ever make that album. They always said that their first release, 'replica, replica' was a one off guitar driven album. Maybe they will go in a different direction on the third album.
